Rates and Policies
Business Policies:

Treatments and consultations are available by appointment only. Information about our locations and hours is available on our Contact page.

All new clients receive a special introductory offer. We accept only one Special Offer or Groupon per client.

Payment is due in full via Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, CashApp or check at the end of each appointment. Returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 service charge.

For your consultation plan to arrive 5 minutes early to complete the paperwork.

Please double check your appointment time, as a courtesy we text reminders but its your responsibility to arrive at the proper time.

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Late arrival policy:
We value our clients' time and want to keep everyone on schedule as best as possible. To keep running on time, we start appointment times on schedule. For example, if you are 10 minutes late for an hour appointment, you will be charged the one-hour rate but will have 50 minutes of service. Please arrive on time!
Cancellation policy:
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change an appointment. Texting is our preferred method of communication, as we can quickly check messages in between clients. When you schedule an appointment, you are reserving our time. If you do not show up or cancel without enough notice, we may not be able to fill the time slot.

We require at least a 24-hour notice to cancel appointments up to 1 hour long.

We require at least a 48-hour notice to cancel appointments longer than 1 hour.

First cancellation on short notice: A cancellation fee is due. The amount is half of the scheduled appointment cost. Payment can be made via Venmo, CashApp, or with a credit card over the phone. We will only schedule a new appointment once this fee is paid.

Second cancellation on short notice: The cancellation fee is the full cost of the missed appointment. Payment can be made via Venmo, CashApp, or with a credit card over the phone. All new appointments will have to be prepaid at the time of booking and non-refundable if not canceled in a timely manner.
